Insurance Department Executive

Job Description:

We are hiring for the Insurance Department in a hospital setup. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with patients before surgery regarding insurance procedures and approvals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with patients for insurance documentation before surgery
  • Guide patients regarding insurance process and approvals
  • Follow up with insurance companies / TPA teams
  • Ensure smooth processing of pre-authorization and claims
  • Maintain proper patient and insurance records
  • Coordinate with hospital departments for timely approvals

Requirements:

  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Experience in hospital insurance
  • Good knowledge of health insurance process and TPAs
  • Telugu, Hindi, and English communication preferred
  • Both male and female candidates can apply
