Job Description:
We are hiring for the Insurance Department in a hospital setup. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with patients before surgery regarding insurance procedures and approvals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with patients for insurance documentation before surgery
- Guide patients regarding insurance process and approvals
- Follow up with insurance companies / TPA teams
- Ensure smooth processing of pre-authorization and claims
- Maintain proper patient and insurance records
- Coordinate with hospital departments for timely approvals
Requirements:
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Experience in hospital insurance
- Good knowledge of health insurance process and TPAs
- Telugu, Hindi, and English communication preferred
- Both male and female candidates can apply
