Job Description
Key Responsibilities
2D Drafted Layouts: Convert initial client requirements into precise 2D floor plans, space planning layouts, and detailed electrical/plumbing marking drawings using AutoCAD.
High-End 3D Rendering: Develop highly realistic, aesthetic 3D renders for residential spaces (Modular Kitchens, Wardrobes, Living Rooms) using 3ds Max (V-Ray/Corona) or SketchUp (Enscape).
Rapid Revisions: Incorporate design changes and material revisions quickly based on feedback from the founder or the client.
Material Selection Support: Assist in setting up physical material boards (laminates, acrylics, hardware) within the studio for client presentations.
Site Coordination Documentation: Maintain clean, updated digital project folders so that site supervisors always have access to the latest approved drawings.
🎯 Key Requirements & Skills
Experience: 1 to 2 years of solid experience in a residential interior design firm in Hyderabad.
Software Proficiency: Absolute command over AutoCAD, SketchUp/3ds Max, and rendering engines.
Technical Knowledge: Good understanding of standard modular furniture dimensions, clearances, and materials.
Portfolio Requirement: Must provide a live link or PDF of self-made 3D interior renders with the application.
