About the RoleWe are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused, and energetic individuals to join Nandi Jewellers as Jewellery Sales Associates. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasing personality, and a passion for customer service and sales. Freshers who are willing to learn and grow in the jewellery retail industry are also welcome to apply.
- Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and assist customers in a professional and pleasant manner
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable jewellery collections
- Explain product details including designs, pricing, purity, offers, and schemes
- Build strong relationships with customers to enhance customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Maintain showroom presentation and product display standards
- Coordinate with billing and inventory teams for smooth customer service
- Achieve individual and store sales targets
- Handle customer queries and resolve concerns politely
- Support store activities during festivals, exhibitions, and promotional events
- Ensure proper handling and safety of jewellery items
- Required SkillsGood communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi
- Positive attitude and customer-friendly approach
- Good grooming and professional appearance
- Ability to convince and engage customers confidently
- Basic computer knowledge is an added advantage
- Team player with willingness to learn
- Eligibility CriteriaMinimum Qualification: Intermediate / Degree
