Job Description
- Roles & Responsibilities:Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Explain company services and franchise/business models to clients.
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls.
- Follow up with interested clients and maintain strong relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals.
- Coordinate with support and operations teams for smooth onboarding.
- Maintain daily sales reports and client updates.
- Attend meetings and support business development activities.
- Required Skills:Good communication and convincing skills.
- Strong negotiation and follow-up abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM handling.
- Ability to work on targets and deadlines.
- Positive attitude and team coordination.
- Preferred Candidate:Male/Female candidates
- Smart, energetic, and target-oriented personality
- Experience in sales/business development preferred
- Working Hours:Full-time job
- 6 Days Working
- Other Instructions:Immediate joiners will be preferred.
