Job Description

  • Roles & Responsibilities:Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.
  • Explain company services and franchise/business models to clients.
  • Handle inbound and outbound sales calls.
  • Follow up with interested clients and maintain strong relationships.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals.
  • Coordinate with support and operations teams for smooth onboarding.
  • Maintain daily sales reports and client updates.
  • Attend meetings and support business development activities.
  • Required Skills:Good communication and convincing skills.
  • Strong negotiation and follow-up abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM handling.
  • Ability to work on targets and deadlines.
  • Positive attitude and team coordination.
  • Preferred Candidate:Male/Female candidates
  • Smart, energetic, and target-oriented personality
  • Experience in sales/business development preferred
  • Working Hours:Full-time job
  • 6 Days Working
  • Other Instructions:Immediate joiners will be preferred.
  • Candidates should come in formal attire for the interview.
