Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented International Sales Coordinator to support and manage sales activities for overseas clients interested in real estate investments. The candidate will be responsible for handling international inquiries, coordinating with clients, assisting the sales team, maintaining CRM records and ensuring seamless communication throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Coordination Handle inquiries from international clients through calls, emails, WhatsApp and other communication channels. Coordinate with the sales team to schedule property presentations, virtual meetings and site visits. Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication to convert leads into sales. Assist in preparing sales proposals, quotations, agreements and other documentation.
Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with NRI and international clients. Address client queries related to projects, pricing, payment plans, legal documentation and investment opportunities. Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales lifecycle.
CRM & Reporting Update and maintain customer data in CRM systems. Track lead status, sales pipeline, and conversion rates. Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports. Coordinate with marketing and sales teams for lead management and campaign follow-ups.
Documentation & Compliance Assist clients with booking procedures and required documentation. Coordinate with legal, finance and customer support teams for smooth transaction processing. Ensure all sales records and client documents are accurately maintained.
Market Research Monitor international real estate trends and competitor activities. Identify new opportunities in NRI and overseas markets. Support the management team with market intelligence and customer feedback.
Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or related field. 2–5 years of experience in Sales Coordination, International Sales or Real Estate Sales. Experience dealing with NRI clients will be an added advantage. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software and online communication tools.
