Job Description
We are hiring a part-time Kids' Trainer for Stage Stars Studio at Happy Hoppers Indoor Playground, Hydershakote.
What you'll do:
— Conduct 90-minute weekly sessions for children aged 5–12 (batches of 6–8 kids)
— Teach public speaking, voice modulation, storytelling, and stage confidence
— Use drama games, role-play, and structured speaking exercises
— Deliver one short stage performance per child every session
— Participate in a term-end Showcase Night (families + mini-stage)
Schedule:
Weekday evenings 5–8 PM and/or Saturdays 9 AM–1 PM
(2–5 sessions per week depending on batches)
Who we're looking for:
— Anyone with experience working with kids: drama teacher, activity trainer, NLP coach, Toastmasters member, theatre artist, school teacher
— You do NOT need a formal teaching degree — we care that children enjoy your class and grow
— Comfortable speaking in English AND Telugu/Hindi with young children
— Patient, energetic, and genuinely enjoys working with kids aged 5–12
What we offer:
₹800–₹1,200 per session (based on experience and batch size)
Performance bonus of ₹200/session when your batch renewal rate exceeds 70%
