Job Description
Managing daily Laundry operations : Supervisors monitor and check staff performance levels, ensuring that work is carried out within set deadlines quality standards
-Assigning tasks to Laundry staff and monitoring their performance.
-Inspecting Laundry washer extractor, dryer, ironing machine, for cleanliness and order.
-Conducting training sessions on Laundry methods, equipment use, and safety procedures.
-Managing inventory supplies and controlling budgets to minimize waste and maximize resources.
-Resolving guest issues or complaints related to Laundry cleanliness in a timely and efficient manner.
-Managing Laundry daily operations
-Offering assistance and feedback to laundry staff
