Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Lead Generation Executive or Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in generating leads and driving business growth for a software training institute. This role is critical to our growth strategy, and the candidate will be responsible for identifying and cultivating potential students for the course, driving enrolment, and achieving set targets.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Identify and generate leads through various channels including online research, networking, and industry events.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve enrolment targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and partners.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging campaigns to attract leads.
  • Track and report on lead generation activities and outcomes.


Requirements:


  • Proven experience in lead generation and business development for a software training institute.
  • Strong understanding of the software training industry and its trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other lead generation tools.


Compensation:

This position is commission-based, and compensation will be directly tied to performance. Candidates will be paid only upon reaching the specified targets.


Performance Conditions:


Candidates must achieve monthly lead generation and enrolment targets to qualify for compensation.

Performance will be reviewed on a regular basis, and continued engagement will depend on meeting set goals.


Disclaimer:

This role is strictly commission-based, and no fixed salary or base pay will be provided. Compensation is solely dependent on the achievement of performance targets.
