MIS Executive

Job Summary:

The MIS Executive is responsible for managing, analyzing, and reporting data related to loan recovery and collections. This role supports decision-making by providing accurate reports, tracking performance, and identifying trends to improve recovery efficiency.

• Key Responsibilities: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports on collections, overdue accounts, and recovery performance.
• Maintain and update databases related to customers, payments, and recovery status.
• Ensure data integrity and timely reporting to management.

Required Skills:Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Excel Power bi, formulas; Macros preferred)

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Basic understanding of banking products (loans, credit cards, etc.)
• Knowledge of collections/recovery processes and DPD classification
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to handle large datasets
• Good communication and coordination skills

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or related field

• 1–3 years of experience in MIS / Banking / Collections (preferred)
