Transport Management Executive

1. Transport Operations Management

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily transportation requirements (staff movement, client requirements, material movement if applicable).
• Ensure timely deployment of vehicles as per roster and operational needs.
• Monitor trip execution to ensure punctuality and efficiency.

2. Vendor & Driver Management

• Coordinate with transport vendors for vehicle availability and replacements.
• Supervise drivers, maintain duty rosters, and ensure discipline and grooming standards.
• Verify driver licenses, badges, and statutory compliance.

3. Fleet Coordination & Maintenance

• Track vehicle condition, servicing schedules, and breakdown management.
• Ensure vehicles are clean, roadworthy, and compliant with safety norms.
• Maintain records of fuel consumption, mileage, and maintenance logs.

4. Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure all vehicles have valid documents (RC, insurance, PUC, permits).
• Maintain transport registers, logbooks, trip sheets, and attendance records.
• Support audits by maintaining proper documentation and reports.

5. Billing & Cost Control

• Verify vendor bills against trip sheets, duty hours, and agreed rates.
• Maintain daily/monthly MIS reports (usage, cost, efficiency).
• Monitor and optimize transport costs wherever possible.

6. Client Coordination

• Act as the single point of contact for all transport-related requirements.
• Address client queries, complaints, and escalation handling.
• Ensure service delivery as per SLA/KPI commitments.

7. Safety & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to safety norms and company policies.
• Conduct driver briefings on safety, behavior, and emergency protocols.
• Handle incident reporting (accidents, delays, breakdowns) with proper documentation.
