Online Community Manager

Location: Hyderabad, Telangana (Work from Home/Flexible)

Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹18,000 per month (based on experience + performance incentives)

Schedule: 8 hours/day, 6 days/week (with rotational weekends off)

• Key ResponsibilitiesRespond lightning-fast to queries from Facebook/Instagram ad leads in English, Hindi, and Telugu – suggest perfect products/services and close deals!
• Reach out to past customers with irresistible seasonal offers via WhatsApp campaigns to boost repeat business.
• Set up calls with our Business Manager for high-potential leads and follow up relentlessly to convert them.
• Track every lead, sale, and interaction: Maintain daily sales records, categorize leads, and run monthly subscriber/trial pack/single order reviews.
• Coordinate seamlessly with the kitchen/operations team for smooth order fulfillment.
• Launch targeted WhatsApp campaigns for leads and customers to drive subscriptions and loyalty.

You'll spend your days chatting with pet lovers, solving their needs, and watching your efforts turn into real sales – all while working flexibly from home!

• What We're Looking For (Eligibility)Fluent in English, Hindi, and Telugu (written & spoken – a must for connecting with Hyderabad's diverse pet community).
• 1+ years in customer support, community management, sales, or digital marketing (F&B or e-commerce experience a big plus).
• Tech-savvy with WhatsApp Business, Facebook/Instagram, Google Sheets/CRM tools for lead tracking.
• Superb communication skills: Friendly, persuasive, and quick on your feet.
• Passion for pets? Bonus points if you've got a furry friend!
• Available for 8-hour shifts (6 days/week) and comfortable with targets.
