Job Description – Operations Executive (B2B IT Industry)

Experience: 0–2 Years

  • Key ResponsibilitiesProcess customer orders and coordinate with distributors.
  • Prepare quotations, invoices, E-Way Bills, and E-Invoices.
  • Maintain inventory and stock records.
  • Track shipments and ensure timely deliveries.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, and Warehouse teams.
  • Follow up on payments and maintain MIS reports.
  • Handle customer queries and support daily operations.
  • Skills RequiredGood communication and coordination skills.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory management and order processing.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Zoho (preferred).
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Industry: B2B IT / Apple / Dell / Lenovo / IT Infrastructure.
