Job Description
We are looking for a Purchase Engineer for our Civil Department to handle procurement and vendor management for all site requirements.
Material Procurement: Raising POs, comparing quotations, and finalizing vendors for civil materials
Vendor Management: Developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers, negotiating best rates and credit terms
Site Coordination: Coordinating with Site Engineers for material requirements and ensuring timely delivery to sites
Cost Control: Preparing cost analysis, budget tracking, and ensuring purchase within approved rates
Documentation: Maintaining records of POs, invoices, GRNs, and vendor bills
Quality Check: Ensuring material quality and specifications as per project requirements
Inventory Support: Tracking stock and avoiding material shortage at sites
