Real Estate Tele Sales Executive

We are looking for an ambitious, experienced Real Estate Marketing Executive who is highly adept at devising successful real estate sales strategies, coordinating sales campaigns, and executing effective marketing plans that will convert potential prospects into clients. 

Responsibilities:

• Identify target audiences, objectives and desired outcomes of marketing campaign
• Research and develop marketing strategy, and evaluate success strategy
• Develop content of marketing campaigns
• Stay up-to-date on current marketing trends
• Manage and allocate budget correctly
• Attending and routing phone calls, Listening to the customers, Gathering and documenting customer info, follow ups and scheduling appointments. 
• Been Up To Date on all project info and informing customers about recent updates.
• Answering customers queries about the project and as needed directing to respective executive/management.
• Understanding and Meeting sales quotas per the targets assigned to the team.
• Do project site visits and present projects related info to customers.
• Posting the project info as needed to the social media and attending marketing related events when directed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Marketing or a related field of study
• Min 1 years of Customer interaction experience and preferred prior work exp in the Real estate industry.
• Strong communication skills – including both verbal and written
• The ability to influence and negotiate with others
• Should have computer operation skill, experience in excel and word preferred
• Strong analytical, communication, time-management and creativity skills
• Strong ability to focus on customer/market and take initiative Experience with social media
