Job Summary:
We are hiring a smart, presentable, and professional Receptionist to manage front desk operations and create a welcoming experience for visitors, clients, and vendors. The candidate should have strong communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and good coordination abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests professionally
Handle incoming calls and transfer to concerned departments
Maintain visitor register and front desk records
Schedule meetings and coordinate appointments
Manage emails, couriers, and office correspondence
Keep reception area clean, organized, and presentable
Support admin team with daily office tasks
Coordinate with vendors and internal staff when required
Requirements:
Minimum Graduate / Intermediate
1–3 years of experience as Receptionist / Front Desk Executive
Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu preferred
Basic knowledge of MS Office and Emails
Presentable personality with polite and professional attitude
Good multitasking and organizational skills
