Position: Relationship Manager – Home Loan Sales (DSA)
Department: Sales
Location:Flat 105, Municipal No.1-8-271 to 273/105, Ashok Bhoopal Chambers, S.P. Road, Secunderabad – 500003
Reporting To: Area Sales Manager
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Relationship Manager to drive home loan sales through Direct Sales Agents (DSA). The role involves managing DSA networks, generating business, supporting loan processing, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- ● Achieve home loan sales targets through DSA channel
- ● Onboard and manage new DSAs
- ● Generate leads and convert them into sales
- ● Support DSAs with training and sales guidance
- ● Ensure smooth loan processing and documentation
- ● Maintain strong customer relationships
- ● Track performance and ensure compliance
- Requirements:
- ● Graduate in any discipline
- ● 1–3 years of experience in home loan or financial sales
- ● Strong communication and negotiation skills
- ● Experience in DSA handling is preferred
- ● Basic knowledge of CRM/MS Office
