Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
0 to 3 years of experience in field sales / direct sales / B2B sales
Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
Basic understanding of business owners’ needs (SMEs, agents, professionals)
Good stakeholder and relationship management skills
Energetic, self-driven, and solution-oriented mindset
Comfortable with on-ground meetings and daily travel
Basic smartphone and digital tool knowledge (WhatsApp, CRM, demos)
Close sales and achieve daily / weekly / monthly targets
Maintain strong follow-ups and relationship with prospects
Collect and update accurate business data from assigned territory

Coordinate with internal team for onboarding and support
