Key Responsibilities


  • Direct Sales & Outreach: Conduct direct, field, or telephone sales (cold calling/cold calling) to prospective customers.
  • Customer Engagement: Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
  • Lead Generation & Conversion: Follow up on leads and turn them into closed sales.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Reporting: Prepare daily/monthly sales reports and present them to management.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to gain an advantage.
