Position: ROW (Right of Way) Executive

Qualification: Any Graduate / B.Tech / 10+2

Key Skills: Liasoning skills, Permission from Local authorities, Site acquisition knowledge, Knowledge of Regulations and Compliance, Project Management, Negotiation Skills with Govt Authorities, Communication Skills, Legal Knowledge, Problem-Solving Skills, Relationship Management

Years of Experience: 2-4 yrs. of overall experience in case of Graduate & minimum 5 years of overall experience for 10+2 qualification. Relevant experience of 1 year is mandatory.

Job Role:

1. The candidate need to have positive attitude towards his / her roles & responsibilities.

2. Need to take ownership for the responsibilities & cooperation with the team members for the smooth execution of the work for their respective assigned locations.

3. After Survey Application should be submitted within 3days with proper co-ordination with AutoCAD personal and ROW lead.

4. After application DN should be get within 7-15days except NHAI.

5. ROW Executive should knowledge of Demand note calculation as per Government order.

6. After getting DN follow-up for DD/BG with our concern team member

7. After Submission of DD/BG, NOC should be get within 7days.

8. After NOC shared to our field team and should be liaison with all concern personal for smooth execution.
