About the Role
Aacess Equipments is looking for a proactive, confident, and customer-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to strengthen our growing team. The ideal candidate should be equipped with strong communication skills, the ability to understand customer requirements, and the enthusiasm to learn our product portfolio. This role involves handling customer enquiries, coordinating project documentation, and acting as a key link between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage new customer enquiries and understand requirements in detail.
- Prepare competitive offers and customized quotations based on client needs.
- Revise and update quotations as per customer feedback and specifications.
- Prepare and share General Arrangement Drawings (GAD) after receiving the Purchase Order (P.O).
- Coordinate client inspections after production completion.
- Implement modifications based on inspection observations.
- Obtain final dispatch clearance from clients and ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare and hand over all required documents including test certificates, manuals, and other deliverables.
- Work closely with the production and quality teams to ensure defect-free, high-quality product delivery.
Requirements
- Strong communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Good interpersonal, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Basic understanding of sales processes or technical product coordination (preferred, not mandatory).
- Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in Sales/Marketing/Customer Coordination are encouraged to apply.
- Immediate joiners will be given priority.
