Job Title: Manager – Banking Operations

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Manager to handle banking clients and lead a team for loan-related services, including Personal Loans and Home Loans. The candidate should be capable of managing operations, supporting team performance, and ensuring smooth client handling.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Handle and manage clients for Personal Loans and Home Loans
• Lead, guide, and monitor the telecalling/sales team
• Ensure targets are achieved by the team
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth processing
• Maintain client relationships and resolve queries
• Monitor daily performance and report to senior management
Requirements:
• Experience in Banking / Loan Sector is mandatory
• Good communication and team management skills
• Ability to handle both clients and team operations
• Hindi speaking is mandatory
• Bike is required
Eligibility:
• Qualification: Any Degree
• Age Limit: 24–35 years
