We are a growing software company offering HRMS solutions for businesses to manage attendance, payroll, leave, employee records, and HR operations. We are looking for an energetic marketing professional to generate leads, build brand awareness, and support sales growth.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Executive to promote our HRMS product, generate qualified leads, manage campaigns, and help increase product demos and client acquisitions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead GenerationGenerate B2B leads for HRMS software through online and offline channels
- Identify target companies and decision-makers (HR, Admin, Founders, Finance Heads)
- Run outreach campaigns through email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and calls
- Coordinate with sales team for demo bookings
- Digital MarketingPlan and execute campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Manage SEO and website traffic growth
- Create landing pages and lead capture forms
- Track campaign performance and optimize ROI
- Content & BrandingCreate social media posts, blogs, brochures, and product promotions
- Build brand presence across digital channels
- Promote product benefits, offers, and case studies
- Market ResearchAnalyze competitors and market trends
- Identify new industries and regions for expansion
- Gather customer feedback for product improvement
- ReportingMaintain lead database and campaign reports
- Share weekly performance reports (leads, demos, conversions)
Required Skills:
- Experience in Marketing / Digital Marketing / B2B Lead Generation
- Knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Marketing
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of CRM tools and Excel
- Creative thinking and campaign planning
- Understanding of SaaS / Software products preferred
Qualifications:
- Any Degree / MBA Marketing preferred
- 1+ years experience (Freshers with strong skills can apply)
- Experience in software or B2B marketing is an advantage
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Number of leads generated per month
- Number of demos booked
- Cost per lead
- Conversion rate
- Revenue generated from campaigns
Salary:
₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month + Incentives (Based on Experience)
