Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive to join our real estate team for open plots projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting site visits, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills with a passion for real estate sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through various channels, including referrals, digital campaigns, walk-ins, and field activities.
- Contact prospective customers and explain project features, pricing, location advantages, and investment benefits.
- Conduct site visits and property presentations for potential customers.
- Follow up with leads and guide customers throughout the sales process until closure.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the marketing and CRM teams for lead allocation and campaign follow-ups.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and project developments.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulations.
Required Skills
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent customer relationship management and follow-up abilities.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the local real estate market is an added advantage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–4 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in open plots.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in sales may also apply.
- Preferred LocationWillingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
- Possession of a valid driving license is preferred.
