Job Title: HVAC Sales Representative

The HVAC Sales Representative is responsible for identifying, developing, and maintaining relationships with commercial, industrial, and institutional customers to sell heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, services, and controls. This role combines technical expertise with sales acumen to deliver energy-efficient and sustainable climate solutions.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Develop new business opportunities and maintain existing client relationships.
• Promote and sell HVAC systems, controls, and services tailored to customer needs.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, contractors, and property owners on HVAC design and applications.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and technical presentations.
• Manage sales pipeline activities using CRM tools to forecast and track progress.
• Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve or exceed revenue targets.
• Stay current with HVAC technologies, market trends, and sustainability practices.
• Coordinate with internal technical and service teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications:-

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (Mechanical or Electrical preferred).
• 2–5 years of experience in HVAC sales, technical sales, or account management.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, building automation, and energy efficiency.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally to meet clients.
