### Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to promote company products/services, generate leads, build customer relationships, and achieve sales targets. The candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

### Roles & Responsibilities:

* Generate new leads and convert them into customers.

* Promote company products/services through direct marketing and social media.

* Handle customer inquiries and explain project/product details clearly.

* Build and maintain good relationships with clients.

* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

* Conduct site visits, presentations, and client meetings.

* Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional activities.

* Follow up with prospective customers regularly.

* Prepare daily sales reports and update CRM data.

* Participate in events, campaigns, and promotional activities.

### Required Skills:

* Good communication and negotiation skills.

* Basic knowledge of marketing and sales strategies.

* Ability to convince and handle customers professionally.

* Confidence and positive attitude.

* MS Office and social media knowledge is an added advantage.

### Qualification:

* 10th and below

* Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
