Job Description
A Sales Promoter in a bakery is responsible for increasing product sales by engaging customers, promoting bakery items, and ensuring attractive product display inside the store or at promotional counters.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Greet and interact with walk-in customers
Promote bakery products (cakes, pastries, breads, snacks)
Explain product features, ingredients, and offers
Encourage customers to try or purchase products
Maintain attractive product displays and cleanliness
Handle basic billing or assist cashier (if required)
Track daily sales and report to supervisor
Support in-stock arrangement and replenishment
