Job Description
Role Overview: We are looking for a high-energy Field Sales Executive to drive B2B growth for our office furniture showroom. This is a field-intensive role focused on identifying new commercial projects, building strategic partnerships with architects and interior designers, and converting leads into high-value sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Proactively identify and meet potential corporate clients and facility managers.
- Influencer Networking: Build and maintain strong relationships with architects and designers to get our products specified in their projects.
- Consultative Selling: Conduct site visits, understand workspace requirements, and present customized furniture solutions.
- Closing & Coordination: Handle negotiations, prepare quotations, and oversee the project from order to installation.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in field sales (experience in furniture or interior decor).
- Skills: Strong negotiation, networking, and communication skills.
- Mobility: Must have a personal vehicle for daily field visits.
- Traits: Result-oriented with a passion for design and corporate sales.
