Job Title: Operations, Inside Sales & Partner Support Executive

Location: Hyderabad (Office-based) Experience: 1–3 years

Role Overview: We are looking for a highly organized and persuasive communicator to join the GW Sports team. This role is the heartbeat of our operations. You will be the primary point of contact for our venue partners, ensuring they are successfully onboarded, supported, and guided to use our app to grow their business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inside Sales & Onboarding: Proactively reach out to potential venue partners to introduce GW Sports, demonstrate the app’s value, and guide them through the sign-up process.
• Customer Support: Act as the dedicated support desk for existing venue owners. Resolve operational queries, troubleshoot app issues, and ensure partners have a smooth experience.
• Account Management: Keep existing partners engaged by educating them on new features (like Dynamic Slot Pricing and Tournament Management) to ensure they are getting the most out of our platform.
• Data Accuracy: Maintain updated records of venue listings, contact details, and account status in our internal systems.

What we look for:

• Excellent Communication: Must be fluent in English, Hindi, and Telugu. You should be comfortable speaking over the phone with business owners.
• Sales Mindset: You are not just a support person; you are a growth partner. You should be able to persuade venue owners to adopt new features.
• Tech-Savvy: You find it easy to learn new apps/dashboards and can teach others how to use them.
• Ownership: You take pride in closing a ticket or onboarding a new venue. You don’t need to be micro-managed to get your daily tasks done.
