Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and performance-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing key client relationships, and ensuring the achievement of business targets.
Key Responsibilities :
•Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives
•Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance
•Identify new business opportunities in Market and expand the customer base
•Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders through physical visits (irrespective of the location)
•Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management
•Drive the entire sales cycle from planning to closure
•Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for business growth
•Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
•Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy revenue flow
•Conduct regular team meetings, training, and performance reviews
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
* 3–10 years of experience in sales, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role (atleast 3-4 members minimum)
* Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
* Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills
* Ability to handle high-value clients and complex sales processes•
* Experience in B2B sales (Technology, SaaS, Transportations,)
* Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
* Languages known - Telugu, Hindi
Preferred Skills
Experience in B2B sales (Technology, SaaS, Transportations,)
Strong strategic thinking and Analytical skills
CRM and sales tools knowledge
Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment
Strong networking and relationship-building skills
Quick Product learning Ability & Explaining Skills
