We work across YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and OTT platforms, delivering results for brands, publishers, and content creators.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a Paid Social Specialist who can plan, execute, and optimize lead-generation campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube Ads, and Google Ads. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing performance campaigns, analysing data, and scaling results efficiently.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Run lead generation campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube & Google Ads
• Optimize campaigns for CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR & quality leads
• Create custom/lookalike audiences & retargeting funnels
• Manage ad budgets, bidding strategies, pacing & monthly targets
• Share reports, insights & performance dashboards
• Coordinate with creative teams for ad copy & creatives
• Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences & landing pages
• Ensure tracking, pixel setup & event configuration
Qualifications:
• 2–4 years experience in Paid Social / Performance Marketing
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads & YouTube Ads
• Proven lead generation experience
• Good analytical & reporting skills
• Meta/Google certifications are a plus
