Store Supervisor

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Store Supervisor to oversee daily store operations, manage staff, ensure excellent customer service, and achieve sales targets. The candidate should maintain store standards, handle inventory, and support smooth business operations.

• Key Responsibilities:Supervise daily store activities and staff performance
• Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate inventory management
• Handle billing, cash management, and store reports
• Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and discipline
• Achieve sales targets and improve store productivity
• Train and guide store staff on company policies and procedures
• Resolve customer complaints professionally
• Coordinate with management regarding store operations and staffing
• Required Skills:Good communication and leadership skills
• Team handling and problem-solving ability
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to work in rotational shifts
• Strong customer-handling skills
• Qualification:Graduation or Intermediate
• Retail experience preferred
• Experience:1–3 years of experience in retail/store operations
