Job Description
Counsel students regarding Software courses and career opportunities.
Explain course details, syllabus, duration, fees, batches, trainer details, and placement support.
Understand student requirements and suggest the best suitable course.
Handle enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and online leads.
Follow up with interested students and convert enquiries into admissions.
Maintain student lead data and update follow-up status regularly.
Build good relationships with students and parents.
Coordinate with trainers and internal teams for batch details and course updates.
Provide clear and honest guidance to students about career growth.
