Job Description
Team Lead – Fleet Operations (Job Description)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage daily fleet operations and driver performance.
- Monitor vehicle utilization, uptime, and productivity.
- Ensure timely onboarding, training, and engagement of drivers.
- Track key metrics such as SHPV, utilization, active drivers, and revenue.
- Handle driver escalations, attendance, retention, and disciplinary issues.
- Coordinate vehicle allocation, recoveries, maintenance, and breakdown support.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational SOPs.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and performance dashboards.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve operational targets and SLAs.
- Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Conduct team meetings, performance reviews, and coaching sessions for executives and field staff.
