Job Description

Job description:


Execute LPG pipeline projects including design, routing, and installation of main header lines and secondary pipelines.

Supervise on-site activities such as cutting, threading, welding (ARC/TIG), and pipeline laying.

Ensure compliance with SMPV rules, safety standards, and statutory regulations.

Handle installation and commissioning of:

LPG gas banks (VOT / LOT systems)

Vaporizers (Electrical & Heater-less)

Pressure regulating systems and metering units

Conduct leak tests, pressure testing, and safety inspections before commissioning.

Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.

Monitor material usage such as CS pipes, GI pipes, SS pipelines (SCH 40/80) and ensure quality standards.

Prepare site reports, test certificates, and documentation.

Troubleshoot operational issues and provide quick resolution during emergencies.

Ensure 100% safety practices ait site, including PPE usage and hazard control.
