Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and efficient Tele-Caller to join our team. The primary role of the Tele-Caller is to handle high volumes of outbound calls, filter leads, and pass the interested ones to our senior counselors. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Telugu and English, with Hindi being an added advantage.


Key Responsibilities


  • Outbound Calls: Make high volumes of outbound calls to potential leads provided by the company.
  • Lead Qualification: Identify and filter interested leads based on predefined criteria and pass them to senior counselors for further action.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update the lead database accurately and promptly.
  • Progress Reporting: Report daily call progress and lead status to the head of the department.
  • Customer Interaction: Answer incoming inquiries and provide relevant information about our services.
  • Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls to leads as necessary to ensure engagement and conversion.
  • Documentation: Keep detailed records of calls, conversations, and outcomes.
  • Support Campaigns: Assist in tele-calling campaigns and initiatives to boost lead generation and engagement.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in Telugu and English. Proficiency in Hindi is a plus.
  • Experience: Previous experience in tele-calling, customer service, or sales is preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills and a pleasant phone manner.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient in using CRM software, MS Office, and telecommunication systems.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to handle objections and challenges in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with team members and other departments.
  • Education: Minimum qualification of a high school diploma or equivalent. Additional certifications in customer service or related fields are advantageous.
