Position: Tele caller / Academic Counselor

• Key Responsibilities :
• Make outbound calls to students and parents from the provided database.
• Explain courses, colleges, and admission procedures clearly.
• Generate and qualify student leads for admissions.
• Follow up with interested students and maintain regular communication.
• Maintain call records and update lead status in the system or Excel.
• Schedule appointments for counseling or office visits.
• Achieve daily and monthly admission targets.
• Assist the marketing team during seminars and student outreach activities.

Required Skills:

Good communication skills (English, Telugu, or Hindi).

Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
