Hiring Female Telecaller – Real Estate Industry Position: Female Telecaller

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Job Type: Full-Time
Job DescriptionWe are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Female Telecaller to join our growing real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective customers, explaining our real estate projects, generating site visit appointments, and following up with leads.
- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers from provided databases.
- Explain details of open plots, villa plots, apartments, and ongoing projects.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule site visits.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM/Excel.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth customer handling.
- Achieve daily and monthly lead generation targets.
- Requirements Female candidates only.
- Intermediate or Graduate qualification.
- Good communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and basic English.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Strong convincing and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
