Job Description
- Make outbound calls to business owners and potential clients.
- Follow up on inbound leads generated through digital marketing campaigns, social media, and referrals.
- Understand client requirements related to website development, SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, branding, and digital marketing services.
- Present SJCS Technologies' services professionally and explain the benefits to clients.
- Schedule meetings or online demonstrations with interested prospects.
- Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and service details with clients.
- Regularly follow up with prospects until the deal is successfully closed.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities in CRM or Excel.
- Coordinate with the technical and marketing teams for project discussions and smooth client onboarding.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets assigned by the management.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
- Handle client queries professionally and ensure high customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
