Job Title: HR Recruiter / Outbound Telecaller (Remote)

Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

Work Mode: Remote (Work from Home)

Job OverviewWe are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated candidates to join our team as HR Recruiters / Outbound Telecallers. Candidates should possess good communication skills and basic knowledge of recruitment processes. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesContact and communicate with candidates through calls and messages
  • Post job openings on different recruitment platforms
  • Schedule and coordinate introductory meetings/interviews
  • Follow up with candidates regarding application status
  • Maintain recruitment records and candidate databases
  • Support the hiring team in daily recruitment activities
  • Eligibility CriteriaGood verbal communication skills
  • Basic understanding of recruitment and telecalling
  • Ability to work independently from home
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and online platforms

  • Shift DetailsFull-Time: 8 Hours

Training & OnboardingCandidates are required to attend an introductory meeting before joining. The meeting is conducted free of cost to explain the work process, responsibilities, and company guidelines.

A one-time training and onboarding fee of ₹299 is applicable as per company policy. The amount will be refunded with the candidate’s salary upon successful completion of assigned daily tasks and training requirements.
