Job Title : Female Telecaller
Industry : Banking / Loan Services
Work Mode : Work From Office
Location : KPHB, Phase-1, Hyderabad
Job Description👇 – Telecaller
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Company will provide leads – your role is to call and explain our loan services
- Clearly explain loan process, charges, and required details to customers
- Handle outbound voice process (calling interested & new customers)
- Do regular follow-ups with customers
- Additionally perform cold calling (separate calling)
- Maintain call records and customer details properly
- Coordinate with internal team and reporting manager
Requirements :
- Female candidates only
- Excellent communication skills
- Experienced candidates preferred (Freshers are welcome)
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Willing to work from office
Salary & Benefits :
Salary : ₹25,000 – ₹30,000k per month + Incentives
Office Timings :
• 9:50 AM – 6:30 PM (6 Working Days)
• Saturday: Leave by 5:00 PM
