Job Description
We are looking for a confident and communication-skilled Telecaller to handle customer calls, explain company services, follow up with clients, and support the sales team in generating leads and appointments.
- Roles & Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to customers and explain company services/products.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
- Follow up with interested clients and maintain records.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain proper call reports and customer database.
- Coordinate with team members and management.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Resolve basic customer queries politely and professionally.
- Required Skills:Good communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and English.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and convincing skills.
- Ability to handle customers professionally.
