Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Management: Making cold and warm calls to potential clients, qualifying them, and maintaining a CRM database.
- Site Visit Scheduling: Scheduling appointments and site visits for sales managers/agents.
- Product Knowledge: Explaining property details (prices, amenities, location) to clients.
- Following Up: Following up with interested prospects to keep them engaged in the sales funnel.
- Closing Support: Assisting with the initial sales process and conveying prospect requirements to the closing team.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills in local languages (e.g., Telugu, Hindi) and English.
- Experience: 1–2 years of experience in telecalling or sales; real estate experience is preferred.
- Technical Knowledge: Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM systems).
- Soft Skills: High-level persuasion, negotiation skills, and a professional demeanor.
