The Eli Lilly and Company Capability Center, India (LCCI) is constantly expanding the Information and Digital Solutions team as part of Lilly’s broader Tech strategy with Tech@Lilly, to support current and future Technology needs across the enterprise. LCCI is looking for Engineers across diverse areas including domains like Digital Health, NLP, Medicine Development, Data platforms, Advanced Analytics, AI/ML, Automation, Research and Development, Information Security, Enterprise Platforms and Tools, etc

Job Location: Bengaluru

Qualification and Eligibility criteria

BE/BTech in Computer Science (CS), Information Science (IS), Bio-Technology, Electronics OR

related Engineering discipline.

Preferred:

Certification/working knowledge of JIRA

Certification/working knowledge of AZURE

Certification/Project in AI/ML

Certification/Project in NLP

Certification/working knowledge of PYTHON

What we would look for

• We are looking for highly motivated software engineer who will be contributing to the design, development and maintenance of Lilly’s Tech related stack and products. In this role you will be required to investigate, learn, analyze, design, research, prototype and implement/deploy IT system capabilities and features using various cutting-edge and latest technology.

• Vivid learner, with strong interest to experiment on new ideas without fear of failure.

• Possesses a curious nature driven by the thought of continuously learning.

• A comprehensive understanding of computer science concepts and software development life cycle

• Willingness to learn any technology across the IT software spectrum, including Cloud engineering, Data analytics, Big data, InfoSec, Application Development (Full stack), Application Support, InfoSec, Infrastructure Storage, Website development, Mobile development, Data Engineering, ITSM, Data Visualization, Design principles, UI-UX, Graphic Design, Agile, DevOps, etc.

• Good reasoning, attention to detail, critical thinking, and analytical ability

• Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to build professional networks with diverse groups of individuals and to work effectively within geographically dispersed teams and partners

• Ability to assemble, share and apply key learnings across multiple projects

• Highly reliable self-starter with a can-do attitude and aptitude.

• Ability to think differently, and quickly run with an idea, socialize the idea within the product stakeholder community and build a prototype and productize it.

• Ability to work well independently and as part of a diverse team, being in Team spirit.

Your Opportunities

• Work within an existing Agile-DevOps, software engineering project team and collaborate to help to solve problems within that team's focus.

• Communicate effectively and be motivated to achieve results as part of your team.

• Get mentored by at least one senior member of the Engineering Team and will be working with a mix of IT professionals with a range of experience.
