Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Installation and servicing of medical equipment at hospitals and clinics
- Preventive maintenance and breakdown support
- Attending customer complaints on priority basis
- Updating daily service reports in Fieldy software
- Coordination with customers and service team
- Travel within Telangana & Andhra Pradesh for service support
- Ready to attend emergency service calls after office hours, Sundays and holidays whenever required
Candidate Profile:
- Diploma / ITI / B.Tech in Electronics, Biomedical, ECE, Electrical or related field
- Experience in field service preferred
- Candidates from Medical Equipment, Biomedical, Electronics, UPS, Lab Equipment, IT Hardware, CCTV or similar service industries can also apply
- Good troubleshooting and communication skills
- Basic computer and mobile app handling knowledge required
- Two-wheeler and driving license preferred
- Responsible and customer-support oriented attitude required
