- Lead and manage a team focused on digital banking services. - Oversee operations related to Kotak 811 and VRM (Vendor Relationship Management) processes. - Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth functioning of digital banking initiatives. - Drive team performance and ensure achievement of targets. - Facilitate communication between team members and higher management. - Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to digital banking. - Support process improvements and operational efficiencies within the team. - Ensure compliance with banking policies and standards.
