Account Executive (Accounting)

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally

Handle purchase, sales, and expense entries

Manage GST billing, filing, and compliance

Bank reconciliation and cash flow tracking

Prepare financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet)

Vendor and customer ledger management

Assist in audits and documentation

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of Tally (ERP 9 / Tally Prime)

Basic understanding of GST and taxation

MS Excel knowledge

Attention to detail and accuracy

Good communication skills

Create and manage sales invoices, purchase bills, and billing entries in Tally

Maintain accurate accounts payable and receivable records

Perform bank reconciliation and monitor cash flow

Prepare and update ledger accounts, vouchers, and financial statements

Handle GST entries, returns, and compliance (if applicable)

Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports

Assist with audits and financial documentation

Ensure proper documentation and filing of all accounting records

Coordinate with internal teams for billing and payment follow-ups
