Senior Accountant

• Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day accounting operations and bookkeeping.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable.
• Reconcile bank statements, ledgers, and vendor accounts.
• Manage payroll processing, salary disbursement, payslips, and employee reimbursements.
• Ensure PF, ESI, PT, gratuity, bonus, and payroll statutory compliance.
• Handle GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory filings.
• Prepare MIS reports for management review.
• Assist in budgeting and financial planning.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and HR department.
• Ensure proper documentation and internal controls.
• Supervise junior accounting staff.
• Required Qualifications:B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance / related degree.
• CA Inter / CA Pursuing / CA Dropped Out candidates preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in accounting, payroll, and finance.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, payroll compliance, and taxation.
• Experience in Tally, ERP software, payroll software, and MS Excel.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
