Job Description
Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and order fulfilment. Ensure the warehouse operates at peak efficiency, with customer satisfaction as the primary goal, by supervising, organizing, directing, and training warehouse employees and establishing, monitoring, and managing operation goals. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure high levels of productivity and accuracy. Ensure all operations are conducted in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Lead inventory planning and forecasting efforts to maintain optimal stock levels while minimizing excess inventory and also to manage proper inventory on marketplaces Managing inbound stock, should be checked physically and update the discrepancy details Evaluate and integrate automation opportunities within the warehouse operations such WMS & OMS Analysing aging & nearby expiry stocks
