Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our growing team. This role is central to our financial operations, requiring a professional who can navigate the unique financial landscape of the construction and real estate industry, from site-level expenses to corporate tax filings.

• Key ResponsibilitiesTax Compliance: Handle monthly and annual filings, including GST (GSTR-1, 3B, and 2A/2B reconciliation), TDS/TCS under the Income Tax Act, and professional tax.
• Voucher Management: Oversight of day-to-day accounting entries, including purchase orders, contractor billings, and site-related expenses.
• Audit Support: Prepare schedules and documentation for statutory, internal, and tax audits.
• Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of Balance Sheets, P&L statements, and cash flow forecasts to ensure project liquidity.
• Software Proficiency: Maintain accurate records using Tally Prime and MS Office.
• Required Qualifications & SkillsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or higher. Semi-qualified CA/CMA candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience: 2–3 years of experience, preferably within the construction, infrastructure, or real estate sectors.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of Income Tax law, GST law, and labor-related compliance (EPF/ESI).
• Tools: Working-level knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Office.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, ability to meet strict regulatory deadlines, and effective communication with site engineers and vendors.
