Accountant

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Accountant to manage and oversee all financial and accounting operations of the company. The candidate will be responsible for handling GST compliance, banking transactions, statutory filings, and ensuring accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end accounting operations including purchase, sales, receivables, payables, and general ledger

Manage GST compliance:

Filing of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, reconciliation (GSTR-2B vs books)

Handling GST notices and assessments

Bank reconciliation

Payment processing (NEFT/RTGS/cheques)

Coordination with banks for limits, loans, and documentation

Ensure compliance with statutory requirements:

TDS calculation & filing (returns, payments)

PF, ESI, and other applicable statutory compliances

Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits

Maintain proper documentation and records for all financial transactions

Support management with MIS reports and financial analysis

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards

Skills & Requirements:

Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance

Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, ERP systems) and MS Excel

Good understanding of banking procedures and financial controls

Ability to handle audits and regulatory authorities

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
